The details of all people in your system (ie Clients, Suppliers, Staff, Members etc) are stored in this register or
listing. Multiple contacts per entry, referral details, multiple phones/addresses, bank details, communicaiton
preferences and more.
An unlimited register of people from an unlimited range of categories can be viewed and searched for. Ie.
Clients, Suppliers, Staff, Members etc using:

FEATURE C: Transactional History
Each person within your system has an unlimited transaction history for recording such things as Invoices, File
notes, Quotes, Actions etc., anything you wish to store on an ongoing basis. Amounts of money, actions,
documents etc.
An unlimited history of all transactions held against each individual. ie. Actions, Sales, Invoices, Orders,
Letters, Emails etc. using:
1 Dated, Comments, Amounts Due and Paid

The Details button will present another screen, the layout of which may vary depending on the type of transaction. Ie This is

FEATURE D: Auto Reminders / Actions
The Reminder or Action list is feed from numerous places throughout the system. You can specify how many
days forward you see them. Entries will appear on this list if not yet recorded as Done. A great way to manage
many upcoming actions.
Pending Actions and Reminders are presented for Staff from multiple areas of the system. ie People history,
Bookings, Accounts, Events, Processes, Tasks etc. using:

When you double click the Yellow field to goto more details - you will be taken to the specific

You can establish an unlimited number of Interest Groups or Lists. From this screen you can add or remove
individuals from any list. Members (on the left) are currently on the List selected. Those not on the list (right)
can be added. The members of these lists can be easily selected via the Mail-out feature for easy group
communication.
